Trans Mountain Corporation operates Canada’s only pipeline system transporting oil products to the West Coast. we’re focused on doing the right thing for each other and our communities.As a Contractor Compliance Analyst with Trans Mountain, you will have the chance to work with a progressive and fast-paced group of Compliance professionals.The Contractor Compliance Analyst will be responsible for interacting with Trans Mountain’s contractors, analyzing qualification submissions to ensure compliance, identifying areas that need support, preparing and analyzing reports, and collaborating with the software vendor (ISN) to promote the effectiveness of the Contractor Competency Assurance Process (CCAP).This position can be based in Burnaby, BC, Edmonton or Calgary, AB.Key Responsibilities:Correspond with hiring managers and contractors to:Facilitate issuance of CCAP Permits to track and ensure CCAP has been applied to all relevant scopes of work.Promote compliance with CCAP by setting and communicating expectations.Troubleshoot, and provide training and support.Update and analyze daily CCAP reports identifying trends requiring outreach or escalation.Maintain a repository of contractor qualification specifications (CQS), analyzing and standardizing input from subject matter experts, revising and configuring CQS’s in ISNetworld.Audit qualification records provided by contractors to ensure alignment with CQS requirements.Interface with ISN’s support team to administer Trans Mountain’s ISNetworld
