This is real program work on real client engagements, backed by the scale of a leading qualified services firm.WHAT YOU'LL DOOwn program-level planning across multiple concurrent migration workstreams, including sequencing, milestones, and critical pathRun RAID and dependency management, surfacing risks and blockers before they become problemsTrack milestones and delivery health across workstreams and report status up through portfolio governanceAlign technical teams, business stakeholders, and cloud vendors around a shared plan and shared expectationsChallenge estimates and timelines by understanding the technical tradeoffs behind them, not just accepting them at face valueTranslate between engineering teams and business stakeholders so decisions get made with the right contextManage governance cadence, including steering committee updates, status reporting, and escalation pathsIdentify cross-workstream dependencies early and coordinate resolution across teamsFlag compliance, data-residency,
