In this hands on team leader role, you will manage a middleware development team while also contributing to the design and implementation of solutions.Key Accountabilities / ResponsibilitiesLead team of 3 to 5 Systems Management administratorsManage support, and administration of Middleware infrastructure consisting of: Savvion BPM, BMC Patrol, BMC Control-M, Tibco ESB, and Weblogic serversResponsible for defining, auditing, and managing defined operating procedures for the day to day operations of Middleware infrastructureReview IT projects with regards to labor estimation, hardware sizing and recommendations for Middleware infrastructureEnsure proper deployment, auditing, and tracking of enterprise Middleware product licensesManage configuration and maintenance of Middleware products/platformsManage security models/mechanisms associated with each Middleware productTrouble-shoot Middleware infrastructure problems of various levels of magnitude in timely fashionManage support of Middleware development efforts, including some design, construction, and implementationDevelop and maintain best practices and enterprise standards for Middleware infrastructureEvaluate and perform associated hot-fixes/patches/upgradesProvide capacity planningPlan and manage disaster recovery plans for Middleware infrastructureProvide key performance metrics of Middleware infrastructure for management dashboardRemain aware of latest versions, current product capabilities,
