Nova Scotia Health Authority is seeking an Occupational Therapist for Community Transitions at The Bridge Shelter in Dartmouth. This role involves assessment and intervention to support clients’ self-care, productivity and leisure in community settings, with collaboration across community and hospital teams. The ideal candidate will have a CAOT-recognized OT program, active licensure or eligibility with COTNS, CPR/BLS-C certification, and a driver’s license for home visits.
