We are looking for an entry level Account Manager to join our growing team!

Job Description

As an Account Manager , you will succeed through listening, collaborating, and delivering exceptional experiences both as an individual and as a team.

Your key accountabilities will include:

- Build client relationships with compelling communication that builds brand awareness and preference for Heritage within targeted audience groups
- Assess your customers’ needs and understand their vision so you provide solutions that ultimately create a great workplace for their employees
- Ensure your customers have awareness of breadth of Heritage capabilities, services and skillsets
- Engage with our New Business Development lead to drive our brand and awareness to the marketplace
- Define and meet monthly sales forecast and complete all sales objectives set out by our sales leadership





Qualifications

- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
- Background experience in customer service or administration is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with proven experience meeting deadlines
- Strong work ethic and an ability to have fun on the job
