Quality & Defect Management Lead (10+ years) to drive defect governance and quality outcomes across investment platform transformation testing phases using SIT, UAT, Parallel testing, and defect management processes Join a multi-year Investment Platform Transformation Program focused on modernizing technology and data capabilities across investment, operations, and finance teams. This role serves as the quality command centre for defect governance, quality metrics, root cause analysis, and readiness assessments across complex transformation delivery phases. The position works closely with technology, business, finance, and vendor stakeholders to support release quality and operational readiness decisions. environments University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Accounting, or a related field Nice to Have Aladdin, SimCorp, CRD, Calypso, or Eagle PACE exposure Experience supporting investment management transformation programs Exposure to complex data and integration environments Responsibilities Own and facilitate the daily defect triage process across business, technology, data, finance, vendor, and system integrator teams Define and maintain defect severity, priority, escalation, retest,
