Build strong, professional relationships with subcontractors and trades on-site to keep projects moving smoothly and resolve issues efficiently

Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget

Identify project issues early and escalate when needed

Support continuous improvement of project workflows, hand-offs, and communication between departments

Ensure all work is completed professionally, safely, and in alignment with company standards

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in technology, construction, electrical, security, communications, nurse call, low-voltage, AV, or systems integration

Fluency in both French and English (written and verbal) is required

Experience working with general contractors, building owners, consultants, and installation teams

Strong understanding of construction/project timelines and site coordination

Ability to read and understand project scope documents, drawings, and technical requirements

Detail-oriented reader of floor plans, blueprints, and construction drawings, with the ability to identify discrepancies before they become site issues

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Personable and approachable, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with subcontractors, trades, and site teams

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time
