In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments across our facilities. You will work independently to ensure all areas meet our high cleanliness standards while adhering to health and safety protocols. The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and committed to delivering quality work on a consistent basis.Perform comprehensive cleaning and sanitization of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, common areas, and specialized spacesDust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipmentClean and disinfect surfaces, fixtures, and equipment according to established protocolsEmpty trash receptacles and replace liners in a timely mannerRestock cleaning supplies and maintain inventory of materialsOperate and maintain cleaning equipment safely and effectivelyReport maintenance issues, damages,



or safety hazards to management promptlyFollow all health, safety, and environmental regulationsManage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframesMaintain a professional appearance and conduct at all timesCommunicate any concerns or special cleaning requirements to supervisors**Qualifications**Proven experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or janitorial services (preferred)Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standardsExcellent time management and organizational skillsPhysical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periodsKnowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and proper usage techniquesUnderstanding of health, safety, and sanitation protocolsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionReliable and punctual with a professional demeanorFamiliarity with commercial cleaning equipment (preferred)Knowledge of eco-friendly or sustainable cleaning practices (preferred)Valid driver's license (preferred, depending on facility requirements)**Additional Information**Dexterra Group is an equal chance employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
