We are seeking an Engineering Specialist Viva Engage to support the development, implementation, and operational management of enterprise collaboration platforms. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining infrastructure tooling, supporting Viva Engage onboarding and migrations, building enterprise-grade integrations with Microsoft 365 services, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and collaborating with business units, vendors, and internal engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable SaaS solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and maintain migration tools for onboarding business units and migrating from legacy platforms.Develop enterprise-grade applications using C#, .NET, and SharePoint technologies.Build integrations with Microsoft 365 services using Microsoft Graph API and Graph SDK.Develop automation solutions using PowerShell and SharePoint Online Management Shell.Troubleshoot onboarding, integration, and operational issues across enterprise platforms.Collaborate with business units to onboard teams and communities to Viva Engage.Support migration initiatives from legacy collaboration platforms.Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, implementation plans, and operational procedures.Coordinate with SaaS vendors and third-party technology partners to resolve platform issues.Ensure compliance with change management policies and governance standards.Respond to escalated production support incidents and drive timely resolution.Participate in on-call support rotation for enterprise collaboration platforms.Collaborate with LDAP, Web Proxy Engineering, Security Architecture, Governance,
