This role is responsible for leading complex, multi-squad technology programs end-to-end, from planning through closure.What You'll DoDevelop a comprehensive program plan that defines the program's objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirementsIdentify and engage stakeholders, including executives, business sponsors, and team members; maintain regular communication to manage expectations and ensure buy-inEstablish program governance structures, including steering committees or advisory boardsCoordinate and allocate resources across multiple squads within the programIdentify and assess program risks; drive mitigation plansMonitor progress of squad delivery, tracking KPIs and milestonesOversee management of changes in program scope, schedule, and budgetFacilitate the closure of the program upon successful completionProvide training and guidance to team members across squads to establish consistencyWhat You BringFinancial management: budgeting, forecasting, accruals, invoice management, variance analysisScope management:
