Key Responsibilities: • Repair equipment impacting residents’ daily needs • Regulate plumbing and conduct inspections • Maintain and repair electrical systems and light fixtures • Assist in testing electrical circuits and appliances • Participate in minor construction and carpentry work

Requirements: • One to two years of relevant maintenance experience • WHMIS certification knowledge • Grade 12 Diploma with technical education • Experience in plumbing and electrical maintenance • Robust commitment to community service values
