Key Responsibilities:
• Observe and analyze patron behaviors for security risks
• Provide outstanding customer service to clients and their staff
• Communicate regularly with site management for protection protocols




• Manage aggressive patrons safely using de-escalation techniques
• Document incidents with regular notes and reports
Requirements:
• Valid First Aid, CPR, and AED certificates
• Previous tactical guard/asset protection experience
• Knowledge of Criminal Code of Canada and Trespass to Property Act
• Strong customer service focus
• Availability for diverse shifts, including weekends
