Swissport operates 50+ airport lounges across the world under the brand name of “Aspire Lounges”.Our lounges are not quite cafés or restaurants but offer a haven for guests looking for a comfortable seat, complimentary food and drinks, great WiFi, and a fantastic experience before their flight, no matter the reason for the journey.Job SummaryThe Lounge Agent will take care of the operations on a rotation basis related to the check-in process at the lounge, overseeing the buffet, replenishing the buffet, servicing guest requests, and cleaning up tables after client use.Your activitiesAlways provide the passengers with an exceptional level of customer serviceGreet passengers as they enter the Lounge and introduce them to all aspects of the Lounge product, advising them of all available services and helping to maintain customer loyaltyVerify guest eligibility for lounge access based on membership status, ticket class, or other criteriaAddress guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionallyDocument guest feedback and report any incidents or maintenance needs to the Lounge ManagerResponsible for restocking shelves and coolers; assisted with inventorycheckCollect dirties and support the back of the house,



and ensure washroom checks are donePrepare and handle duties, and monitor the alcoholic consumption of customersHelp serve customers in different areas of the lounge and barCarry out regular checks of all areas of the lounge to ensure a professional image, and follow up with maintenance worksEnsure proper cleaning procedures are followed, and that personal protective equipment (PPE) is worn at all times during the shift.
