Key Responsibilities:
• Lead workflow redesign and clinical validation initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify implementation barriers




• Develop and deliver training materials for Meditech Expanse
• Oversee the Integrated Plan of Care (IPoC) initiatives
• Ensure effective clinical governance and compliance
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in a health-related field
• Minimum seven years of clinical-related management experience
• Five years in healthcare project planning
• Valid BC Driver’s License for travel
• Current registration with relevant health professional college
