Scope of Work

Interior demolition and debris removal

Painting, drywall repairs, patching, mudding, and touch-ups

Cabinet installation and replacement

Tile installation, including backsplashes and tub surrounds

General carpentry, finishing, and turnover repairs

Preparation of units for incoming residents

Requirements

Must operate as an

Independent Contractor

Registered business with a valid

GST/HST number

Minimum





$2M Commercial General Liability Insurance

Valid

WSIB Clearance Certificate

Own vehicle, tools, and equipment

Experience in residential renovations and apartment turnovers

Ability to complete a wide range of renovation tasks independently
