Join us in our outstanding and bold world.About Our Role:The Sr. Manager Finance and Forecasting will play a meaningful role in driving financial forecasting, performance analysis, and strategic decision-making for the designated Therapeutic Area and functions. The ideal candidate will have a excellent foundation in accounting and financial standards, paired with advanced analytical skills and a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry. This role demands the ability to work cross-functionally, delivering actionable insights and ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards. The role will be instrumental in shaping the financial health and growth of the organization.Financial Forecasting and ModellingDrive patient-level forecasts to assess volume and revenue projectionsPerform scenario planning and create financial models to support critical initiatives from brand level to franchise levelCollaborate cross-functionally to capture assumptions and refine forecasting processesAssist in the monthly S&OP process by working collaboratively with commercial teams to ensure accurate demand forecastingData Driven Decision SupportAnalyze financial data, performance measurements, and market trends to find opportunities and risksProvide actionable recommendations to support business objectives and improve financial performancePrepare and present comprehensive financial reports, including budget variances, forecasts, and performance measurements, to partnersBudgeting and Target SettingAssist Therapeutic Area and functions in setting realistic financial targets and priorities during the budgeting processParticipate in the development of forecast cycles and align financial plans with regional and/or global goalsPerformance ManagementDeeply understand revenue and expense drivers and provide commentary during local and regional performance reviewsConduct detailed analyses to address variances, identify root causes, and propose solutionsBusiness PartneringAct as a liaison between the finance and Therapeutic Area and functions,

The range provided in this posting represents an offer pay range used in a majority of situations.
