About the Role

• Provide legal advice to clients on a broad range of employment law matters.


• Manage a diverse portfolio of employment-related files from inception through resolution.


• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of employment-related legal documents.


• Represent clients in employment-related disputes and litigation.


• Conduct legal research and develop practical, strategic solutions to client matters.


• Work directly with clients to understand their needs and provide commercially minded legal advice.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of post-call experience practicing employment law in Ontario.


• Strong experience advising employers on a broad range of employment matters.


• Experience with employment litigation, including wrongful dismissal matters.


• Strong knowledge of Ontario employment legislation and applicable case law.


• Excellent drafting, research, negotiation, and advocacy skills.


• Ability to independently manage files while working effectively within a team-oriented team environment.
