Our client, Anova Fertility & Reproductive Health is seeking Reproductive Endocrinologist and Infertility Specialists to join their team. Their flagship clinic in North York is a full-service reproductive health centre; and their growing network includes locations in Guelph and Waterloo, with satellite clinics across Ontario.

As a physician at Anova Fertility & Reproductive Health, you’ll collaborate directly with Dr. Marjorie Dixon-a visionary leader and internationally recognized pioneer in fertility medicine. Dr. Dixon, an esteemed specialist in Obstetrics and Gynecology with an accredited fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, founded Anova in 2016 with a mission to redefine reproductive care in Canada. Your Role

As a Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI) Specialist at Anova, you’ll be part of a high-performing, collaborative team dedicated to helping patients achieve their dreams of parenthood. You’ll work closely with physician assistants, nurses, embryologists, lab professionals, and administrative staff in a supportive, fully resourced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Consultation and Treatment
• Conduct patient consultations and assessments, perform physical exams, and recommend diagnostic testing
• Provide in-office consultations, follow-ups, procedures, and treatments
• Develop individualized treatment plans and perform complex procedures including egg retrievals and embryo transfers
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and their partners throughout the care journey
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, cohesive care

Education and Training

• Stay up-to-date on advancements in reproductive medicine and fertility treatments
• Mentor junior physicians, residents, and clinical trainees
• Participate in training programs for staff and contribute to ongoing professional development
• Attend and present at internal meetings, journal clubs, and educational sessions

Research and Development

• Participate in or lead clinical research projects to advance the field of reproductive health
• Contribute to innovative clinical practices, technologies,

• Present findings at professional conferences and publish in peer-reviewed journals
• Collaborate with external research institutions and partners

Administration

• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinic management meetings
• Provide input into clinical operations, resource planning, and policy development

Documentation

• Follow CPSO and PHIPA requirements for records management
• Provide patients and authorized parties with timely access to medical records
• Ensure transparency and professionalism in all clinical documentation

Clinic Hours & Scheduling

• Monday to Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
• Rotational Saturday coverage: 1 per month
• Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours to meet patients’ needs
• Salary + Bonus with an earning potential of $680,000–$880,000+ annually

Qualifications

• Successful candidates will be eligible to hold a license with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO).
• RCPSC-certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology with fellowship in REI or equivalent
• Proficient in ART procedures including IVF, ICSI, and ovarian stimulation
• Compassionate, inclusive, and patient-focused approach to care
• Comfortable collaborating within a multidisciplinary environment
• Experience in third-party reproduction is an asset
• Strong communication, leadership, and clinical documentation skills
