Oxford Learning is looking for a dedicated Centre Manager to oversee educational delivery and lead our tutoring team. You’ll ensure high-quality instruction aligned with British Columbia's curriculum. This full time, in-person role demands strong communication and leadership skills to enhance both student outcomes and tutor performance.

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee delivery of all academic programs • Recruit, train, and manage tutoring staff • Conduct tutor observations and provide feedback • Monitor and enhance student progress and retention • Communicate effectively with parents about student performance

Requirements: • Degree in Education or related field • Minimum 3 years experience in teaching or tutoring • Previous leadership experience preferred • Strong knowledge of BC curriculum • Passionate about student success and education
