As our GTM and Sales Founding Member, you'll architect and execute the strategy that takes Kavodax from early traction to market leadership in stablecoin issuance and cross-border payments. You'll work directly with the founder, owning everything from positioning to revenue, this isn't a role that inherits a playbook, it's the role that writes one.What you'll ownBuild and execute the full GTM strategy across enterprisesDefine positioning, messaging, and value propositions across multiple customer segmentsLead customer acquisition, partnerships, and channel developmentSet pricing, packaging, and revenue modelsWork directly with Product and Engineering to shape the roadmap based on real market intelligenceBuild and lead a GTM team as we scale past founder-led salesWhat we're looking for5+ years in GTM, product marketing, or commercial leadership in stablecoins, cross-border payments,



or cryptoShould have track record of scaling GTM to $Millions in ARRHands-on experience scaling a stablecoin or digital asset product commercially: you've owned a revenue or adoption outcome on one, not just studied the spaceReal understanding of stablecoin adoption dynamics, liquidity, and the regulatory landscape around themBackground in fintech, payments, crypto infrastructure, or financial servicesTrack record launching and scaling B2B or platform products from early stageComfortable operating at both strategy and hands-on execution, there's no team to delegate to yetEntrepreneurial mindset, genuine bias for actionCompensationThis role is equity + Commission + initial salary: We're looking for someone who wants to build and own a meaningful piece of what we're creating, not fill a normal sales seat.Happy to talk through the specifics and our current traction (FINTRAC MSB + Bank of Canada PSP registration, live CAGD stablecoin, existing pipeline) so you can size the risk for yourself.
