Your MissionAs Captain on the Learjet 45, you will lead safe, productive corporate jet operations while delivering an exceptional client experience.Command LR45 flights under IFR and VFR, ensuring full regulatory compliance (TCCA, ICAO).Own preflight planning, performance calculations, fuel strategy, weather and NOTAM analysis, and risk assessment within the SMS framework.Lead the flight deck with professionalism; mentor the First Officer and collaborate closely with dispatch, maintenance, and client services.Uphold a just culture of safety, proactive reporting, and continuous improvement.Deliver a refined,
