The role also includes providing a high degree of customer service in a fast-paced work environment.This position includes the following duties:ConductDriver Assessmentsto evaluate skill, safety, and readiness.DeliverVoyago Division Training Programsin accordance with company standards and policies.FacilitateLicense Upgradingprograms, specifically for B Class licensing.Leadexternal instructional training sessionsas required.Support the Transit Supervisor withadditional duties and projectsas assigned.The ideal candidate will posses the following qualifications that include, but are not limited to, the following:Valid B or F Class Licenseheld for a minimum of 3 years requiredClean Driver Abstractwith no demerit points requiredClean Criminal Record Search with Vulnerable Sector ScreeningrequiredProven track record ofexcellent customer serviceStrongknowledge of Durham Region and surrounding areasEffectiveorganizational and communication skillsFlexible availability,
