This Temp Part-Time position focuses on implementing effective Occupational Health and Safety strategies across our Ontario operations. The successful candidate will have 5-7 years of experience leading OH&S; initiatives and a strong background in healthcare environments. You will be responsible for coaching, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide management on health and safety program strategies
• Maintain relationships with safety regulatory bodies
• Analyze claims data to identify safety trends




• Generate health and safety performance reports
• Lead programs to enhance safety outcomes and reduce injuries
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience
• 5-7 years in Occupational Health and Safety
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Solid leadership and analytical capabilities
• Valid driver’s license and travel readiness
