The primary mandate is to own the integrity of their financial reporting, controls, and investor/lender reporting. This is a hands‐on Director / Controller‐level role reporting directly to the CFO, with real exposure across development entities, funds, valuations, financings, and tax.This position will offer high‐level exposure to capital markets, debt management, financial accounting and planning, and operational restructuring. But, the team is very small, so you should expect to be very hands‐on.Responsibilities:Full oversight of month‐end, quarter‐end, and year‐end closeConsolidated financial reporting under ASPE & IFRSInvestor, lender,
