OverviewProgram Managers at PBS Corp. are responsible for overseeing and coordinating high quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) service delivery, ensuring continuity of care, and supporting the professional growth of their teams. Bilingual English/Spanish applicants encouraged to apply!Required CredentialsActive state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements and/or maintain certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or higher.Bachelor's degree, twelve semester units in applied behavior analysis, and one year of experience in a supervisory ABA role, which involves designing and/or providing oversight for behavior modification intervention services.Additional state specific credentials may be required depending on service location.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.Manage scheduling,
