This role is ideal for someone who can build accurate, defendable estimates, challenge assumptions early, and partner with Operations to ensure what we sell is what we can successfully deliver.What You'll OwnProduce full-scope estimates (conceptual through tender) across ICI projectsLead take-offs, subcontractor solicitation, bid leveling, and scope reconciliationIdentify risk, opportunities, and value-engineering options that protect margin and scheduleBuild clear pricing narratives and proposal packages that clients can trustCollaborate with Precon/PMs/Supers to create realistic schedules, logistics plans, and execution strategiesImprove estimating systems: templates, historical cost data,



lessons learned, and supplier relationshipsWhat We're Looking For7+ years estimating experience in an ICI General Contracting environmentStrong understanding of scopes: civil/structural, architectural, mechanical/electrical coordination, finishes, and site logisticsConfident communicator who can negotiate, ask the hard questions, and present pricing logicallyDetail-driven with robust judgement-accurate, fast, and calm under deadlinesProficiency with common estimating tools (e.G., Bluebeam, OST, Excel, estimating software)Why This Role MattersYou'll directly influence what we win—and how profitably we deliver it—by building estimates that are accurate, strategic, and aligned with real-world execution.
