and deliverablesGuide stakeholders on project structure and governance while maintaining momentumProject Delivery & ExecutionOwn end-to-end delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budgetDevelop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestonesLead cross-functional teams across Business, Technology, and external vendorsManage risks, issues, dependencies, and constraintsProvide concise, decision-oriented status reportingOwn change control processes, ensuring appropriate discipline and approvalsStakeholder ManagementBuild strong relationships with business, technology, and vendor stakeholdersAct as a bridge between business and delivery teamsInfluence stakeholders to adopt appropriate structure and delivery disciplineQUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field10+ years Project Management experience across Waterfall, Agile or Hybrid environmentsExperience delivering complex initiatives, preferably within financial servicesExperience working with senior business stakeholdersKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesStrong project planning and delivery capabilityProficiency with MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office SuiteExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to structure ambiguous problems into clear, actionable plansAbility to influence and facilitate discussions at all levelsKey Qualities for SuccessStrong sense of ownership and accountabilityHigh attention to detail and qualityAbility to balance structure with flexibilityBuilds trust and credibility with stakeholdersDECISION MAKINGFormulate project plans for projects.Prioritize own workload in order to delivery quality results and meet timelines.Make recommendations to Head of PMO for process improvements / efficiencies.
