About the Opportunity

Our client is a PE-backed global manufacturer of sustainable home and outdoor living products, with a team of approximately 200 employees and operations spanning Canada, Poland, and the U.S. They supply major North American and European retailers and have built durable commercial relationships across both markets. Private equity backing has brought active investment in scaling the business — and with that growth comes real hiring demand across the organization.

This is a new role created to meet that demand. The company has multiple open requisitions across departments and needs a generalist recruiter who can take full ownership of the hiring process without being hand-held through it. You'll partner directly with hiring managers, run your own searches, and manage the full cycle from intake to offer — including compensation analysis and interview design. It's a broad mandate with genuine autonomy, well-suited to someone who thrives running several searches in parallel.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with hiring managers across departments to scope open roles and translate requirements into clear, effective job descriptions
- Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels across multiple concurrent searches
- Analyze market compensation data to build defensible, competitive offers for each role
- Design and run structured interview processes calibrated to the seniority and function of each hire
- Screen and evaluate candidates against both role requirements and team fit
- Own candidate communication and interview logistics end-to-end
- Track pipeline activity across open requisitions and report hiring progress to stakeholders
- Build working relationships with hiring managers to stay ahead of upcoming needs
- Deliver a consistent,

What You Bring

- Proven full-cycle generalist recruiting experience, ideally across multiple departments or business units simultaneously
- Hands-on sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Ability to write transparent, targeted job descriptions directly from hiring manager conversations
- Comfort analyzing compensation data and market benchmarks to inform offer strategy
- Strong stakeholder management skills — able to build trust quickly across functions
- Experience designing and facilitating structured interview processes
- Highly organized, with demonstrated ability to manage several open requisitions at once
- Comfortable operating independently in a fully remote environment

Nice to Have

- Recruiting experience in manufacturing or consumer products
- Background supporting organizations through periods of significant headcount growth or scale-up
