We are seeking a highly-skilled and motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team and play a key role in driving accurate financial reporting and strategic financial planning.Status: Full-time PermanentType: Hybrid, 4 days in officeLocation: North York, TorontoKey ResponsibilitiesPrepare accurate and quality period-end Management reporting and provide variance analyses against forecast, plan and prior year for Senior Management, Operations and ClinicsPrepare and take ownership of month-end close journal entries and process improvementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams (within and outside of Finance) to address discrepancies and streamline reporting processes, as well as to gather relevant data and insights for financial analysisPayroll analysis; hourly, salary,
