Reporting to the Store Manager, as a Sales Associate , you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer shopping experience and building meaningfulcustomer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide outstanding customer service by following our customer service program
- Meetor exceed daily personal sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Promotethe brand through strong product knowledge and by representing company values.
- Buildcustomer loyalty by introducing and encouraging enrollment in our loyaltyprogram.
- Performpoint of sale transactions quickly and accurately.




- Maintainvisual merchandising standards, including store layouts, housekeeping, andvisual displays.
- Ensurethe store environment is clean, safe, and appealing.
- Supportcoworkers through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and teamwork.
- Followall company directives, initiatives, and loss prevention procedures.
- Communicateopenly, respectfully, and courteously with store team and customers.
- Contributeto a positive, inclusive, and values-driven work environment.
- Performother duties as assigned to support overall store success.

Experience& Qualifications:

- Previousretail or customer service experience is an asset, but not required
- Passionfor fashion, retail, and creating great customer experiences
- Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills
- Abilityto work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strongorganizational and time management skills
- Mustbe able to stand for extended periods of time, climb a ladder and to move andhandle boxes of merchandise (weighing up to 30 pounds) and fixtures throughoutthe store
- Flexibleavailability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
