GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION

Minogue Medical is looking for a bilingual Marketing & Events Coordinator to join our growing team. Reporting directly to the VP of Commercial Excellence, Marketing & Service, the Coordinator will work closely with the Marketing Team, Senior Management, and Clinical Sales Teams to support the growth of Minogue Medical’s portfolio of medical technologies, patient simulation and education solutions, and nutrition products.

The Marketing & Events Coordinator will support the planning, coordination, and execution of conferences, trade shows, workshops, product launches, company meetings, and other internal and external events. The role combines event logistics, marketing coordination, CRM and contact database support, and general administration. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

The Coordinator will support the Sales and Marketing teams in increasing product awareness, developing customer and prospect engagement, and driving the adoption and utilization of Minogue Medical’s healthcare products and solutions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate internal and external events, including scheduling, vendors, venues, registration, catering, and on-site logistics.

• Maintain event calendars, timelines, checklists, and documentation to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.

• Manage event materials and demo inventory, including shipment and return of booths, equipment, demos, and collateral.

• Coordinate company meetings, supplier training, national sales meetings, workshops, and customer education sessions.

• Collect, organize, and summarize event leads and contact information to support national sales follow-up.





• Maintain and expand the CRM database by researching and updating customer/prospect contacts, product associations, and event pipelines.

• Research and develop targeted contact lists of healthcare professionals and institutions to support sales and marketing initiatives.

• Support translation and review of marketing communications, sales collateral, event materials, and website content.

• Organize and maintain physical and digital marketing materials and event assets.

• Partner with Sales and Marketing to support product awareness, customer education, and lead-generation initiatives.

• Support event budgeting, expense tracking, post-event reporting, general administration, and special projects as required.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Science, Life Sciences, or a related field, with 1–2 years of relevant professional experience.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.

• Experience supporting or coordinating events, conferences, trade shows, or similar activities.

• Robust organizational and project coordination skills, with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, follow through on deliverables, and collaborate effectively within a team.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and external vendors.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

• Experience in healthcare, medical devices, life sciences, or a related industry is an asset.

• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot and working with databases/contact lists is an asset.

• Experience with event management platforms and project-management tools is an asset.
