This person will want to advance their skills on complex, high-precision projects within a growing company.Job DescriptionProgram and operate 5-axis CNC machines (Hermle experience is a plus)Create and optimize Powermill programs for precision componentsRead and interpret technical drawings and GD&T; specificationsPlan machining sequences, set up tooling, and configure workholding systems (FPT/FCS knowledge preferred)Ensure accuracy, efficiency,
