Clinical Care Overview: Provides home‑based supports, outreach, system navigation, and culturally grounded health promotion. HHAs focus on personal care and daily living supports; CHRs serve as liaisons between providers and community members to support access and education. What You’ll Do: Home visits, vitals, and basic supports within scope. Accompany clients to appointments; navigation and advocacy. Health promotion, materials, and reminders. Community outreach and program support. Prerequisites: Grade 12 diploma — Regular Grade 12, Adult 12, or GED. Program Locations:

College of Nursing / Faculty of Nursing / School of Nursing – Continuing Care Health Care Aide Community Health Representative University or Post‑Secondary: University of Regina University of Saskatchewan Saskatchewan Indian Institute of Technologies (SIIT) North West College First Nations University of Canada Education & Qualifications: CHR/HHA training; knowledge of community strengths and services.
