The Operator/Demo Trainer is responsible to demonstrate and describe product features related to safety/productivity and daily service.Pay Type: Full Time, PermanentCompensation: $83,000.00 to $93,000.00. and correct operating techniquesDevelop training content according to established Caterpillar standardsTravel regularly to branch locations and customer mine sitesDeliver orientation training material during product delivery to operators of current machines utilizing various multimedia materialToromont trainers are ambassadors of good practices and therefore must behave in an exemplary manner, particularly in terms of Health and SafetyMust-haves for this role:Minimum 10 years’ experience as an operator in the mining industry is preferredPrevious experience as an instructor, foreperson, etc is considered an assetA variety of machine experienceHigh School DiplomaWritten and spoken communication skills in French and English is considered an asset but not mandatoryExcellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, organizational and time management skillsResults driven and customer centric with proven commitment to deliver internal and external service excellence continuouslySelf‑motivated and collaborative team player able to work with a sense of urgency to meet deadlinesA valid Passport and Driver’s License with current clean Driver's Abstract#J-18808-Ljbffr
