This role will provide direction to a single plant's department servicing production tooling, relying on technical and organizational ability to increase the efficiency and quality of the Toolroom's output within this facility.ResponsibilitiesProvide direction and leadership to the toolroom department, increase efficiency and quality of tooling output, act as an effective communicator between internal cross‑functional teams and external partners.QualificationsCertified Tool & Die Maker with hands‑on experience leading, directing, and coaching skilled workers in an automotive setting. Familiarity with a press operation workplace will be highly regarded.SalaryOur Client’s preferred salary target is $80,000 - $95,000.
