Hands-on expertise with Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA). Experience deploying and configuring Zscaler cloud security services. Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills. Experience resolving network connectivity and performance issues. Knowledge of incident response and problem management processes. Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.



Strong collaboration and communication skills. Additional experience supporting network security projects, upgrades, and new deployments. Experience working closely with network, cloud, and security architecture teams.
