OverviewPICTON Investments is seeking an ambitious, energetic, investment-focused Inside Sales Associate to join our growing Retail Distribution team. This is your chance to contribute meaningfully to our sales success and client growth across Canada. You’ll work closely with a Vice President, Retail Sales to support and drive investment fund sales, build relationships with advisors, and promote our alternative investment strategies — including hedge funds, liquid alternatives, and long/short portfolios.What You’ll DoActively prospect and grow our network of financial advisors using a consultative sales approachCollaborate with your assigned External Wholesaler to execute sales initiatives and grow AUMSupport territory business plans and identify new opportunities across IIROC and MFDA channelsMeet and exceed activity targets: outbound calls, emails, virtual meetings, and advisor appointmentsProvide proactive service to advisors and clients, coordinating closely with the WholesalerMaintain strong technical knowledge of investment products: mutual funds, hedge funds, ETFs,
