Reporting to the CFO, the People & Culture Manager at Platform Calgary will take charge of all HR functions, including recruitment, employee development, payroll, and compliance. This standalone leadership role offers the opportunity to partner with the Executive Leadership Team to enhance the workplace culture and support strategic business objectives. You will be a vital link in shaping the way employees interact and develop.
Key Responsibilities:
• Champion the Platform Way in People & Culture initiatives
• Build relationships with leadership and team members




• Manage payroll cycle and resolve discrepancies
• Enhance HR systems for improved data integrity
• Oversee employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding
Requirements:
• 5+ years' experience in HR or People & Culture
• Robust payroll management skills
• Experience with HRIS and workplace technologies
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
• Degree or equivalent in Human Resources
