Role: Clinic Services Associate Location: Humber River Hospital At Hearing Solutions, we connect people to the world of sound so they can hear what matters most. As a Clinic Services Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, making a real difference in their lives. A positive energy and can-do mindset Post-secondary education or equivalent experience 1+ year in a customer-facing role (healthcare or retail preferred) Strong written and verbal communication skills Fluency in other languages is a plus! Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace Tech savvy with the ability to quickly learn various systems and applications As a part of the hiring process, we require applicants to complete a 15 minute online pre-employment profile assessment.
