Bissell Centre is seeking an Extreme Weather Response Coordinator to lead the nightly shuttle operations and supervise a team of six full-time staff plus casual relief, ensuring safe, trauma-informed service delivery for vulnerable community members.

The role requires a degree or diploma in a human services field with 2–3 years of frontline experience, First Aid/CPR, and robust crisis-management and teamwork abilities. You’ll join a dedicated team in Edmonton’s Extreme Weather Response program.
