Covenant House seeks a hands-on SharePoint Administrator to lead the rollout and support its Microsoft 365 environment. Drive impactful change while enhancing IT capabilities.
As a Senior IT Specialist, you will spearhead the SharePoint rollout at Covenant House. This vital role focuses on stakeholder engagement, site configuration, and end-user training. You will also manage broader IT responsibilities, ensuring compliance with data governance while supporting hardware and software needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the SharePoint project from initiation through completion • Re-engage stakeholders and develop tailored department sites • Configure workflows and train end-users for effective SharePoint use • Maintain Microsoft 365 setting and ensure data integrity • Provide Tier 1/2 technical support to staff across platforms
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent • 6+ years experience in IT with 3+ years in SharePoint administration • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, data governance, and IT support • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively • Certification such as Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer preferred
