This senior leadership role focuses on strategic improvement and operational excellence.As the Director of Child & Family Services (DFNA), you will provide essential leadership in developing culturally responsive programs that prioritize Dene values and community self-determination. Your role involves collaborating with the CEO and Board on organizational strategies, leading a team, and ensuring accountability in service delivery.
