Join Aspire Software's finance team in Toronto as a Finance Manager, focusing on budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting in a hybrid work model. You'll lead financial strategies for our portfolio companies and ensure compliance with regulations.
In this full-time position, you'll report to the Director of Finance. Your role involves coordinating the period-end close, managing statutory compliance, and providing guidance on complex accounting issues. Collaborate closely with Portfolio Managers to drive financial performance and identify opportunities for growth within our operating group.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor performance strategies for financial targets
• Drive financial planning and apply KPI frameworks




• Prepare business reviews highlighting results and growth plans
• Maintain positive cash flow for the portfolio
• Conduct annual statutory audits and ensure compliance
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of finance experience, 2+ in management
• ACCA qualified with a bachelor's in Finance or related field
• Solid financial process knowledge and communication skills
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite ERP is a plus
• Legally authorized to work in Canada
