Job Title: Zscaler Engineer / Network Engineer

Location: Toronto, ON

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days a week in office)

Employment Type: Contract

Duration: 06-12 Months

Pay Rate: CAD 45-48/hour Incorporated

SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Strong experience as a Zscaler Engineer and/or Network Engineer.
- Hands-on expertise with Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA).
- Experience deploying and configuring Zscaler cloud security services.
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
- Experience resolving network connectivity and performance issues.
- Knowledge of incident response and problem management processes.
- Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.




- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Additional experience supporting network security projects, upgrades, and new deployments.
- Experience working closely with network, cloud, and security architecture teams.
