Main Responsibilities:

The General Manager is responsible and accountable for the establishment's overall performance. They must supervise their team to achieve targets and performance goals. Strong teamwork, exceptional coaching/training skills, and the ability to rally the team are key assets for this position.

- Track and verify inventory
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule team members' shifts
- Provide continuous and targeted coaching to ensure all tasks are completed
- Oversee staff training regarding job duties, food safety, and hygiene standards
- Maintain a clean, secure, and sanitary environment for customers and employees
- Ensure all restaurant policies are adhered to during shifts
- Take full responsibility for cash handling procedures during shifts
- Complete all required shift documentation




- Handle and resolve customer service complaints
- Make every effort to operate excellent restaurants in alignment with McDonald's Canada standards (Quality, Service, Cleanliness)
- Assist employees with operational duties on the floor to maintain exceptional customer service
- Deliver customer service, support kitchen operations, handle shift management, and manage departmental responsibilities

Salary: To be discussed ($60,000.00 - $68,000.00 minimum, based on experience)
