SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead a team of aircraft maintenance engineers (give them proper instructions, distribute and balance the workload, inspect the work performed, reinforce the application of safety standards, comply with company policies and ensure proper discipline of the team); Ensure timely completionof all maintenance projects as needed; Perform the paperwork required in ordering all necessary parts and take the necessary steps to ensure delivery of parts on time; Assist in troubleshooting and problem solving, assuming hands on role as necessary; Complete all logbook entries, work orders and crew Passovers; Ensure the airworthinessof all aircraft maintained by Skyservice FBO; Flexible work schedule (day, nights,
