You will work directly with workers, supervisors, and leadership teams in both English and French to strengthen compliance, reduce risk, and improve workplace safety culture.This is an individual contributor role for a seasoned safety professional who thrives on the field, enjoys building client relationships, and takes pride in delivering high‑impact training and actionable solutions. and outcomes‑focused health and safety training programs in both English and FrenchAdapt training content to meet client‑specific needs while ensuring alignment with Ontario OH&S legislation and industry best practicesCreate an inclusive, respectful learning environment that encourages participation and real‑world applicationStay current on legislative changes, standards, and emerging safety trendsSupport onboarding and mentoring of junior trainers as needed (non‑supervisory)Consulting & Client SupportConduct safety gap audits, hazard assessments, and program reviews for client organizationsProvide clear, practical recommendations to support compliance and continuous improvementPartner with client leadership to identify risks, close gaps, and strengthen safety cultureAssist clients with the development and improvement of safety policies, procedures, and programsAct as a trusted advisor, representing SafetyCo with professionalism and integrityOperational & Business SupportDeliver training and consulting services on time and to a high-quality standardIdentify additional training or consulting opportunities based on client needs and refer appropriatelyMaintain accurate documentation for training sessions, certifications,
