Lead the financial operations as a Controller for a diversified organization in Labrador City, NL. Manage complex accounting tasks across multiple entities while ensuring compliance and financial accuracy.We are seeking a skilled Controller to oversee full-cycle accounting and financial operations for a well-established organization operating across Atlantic Canada. This senior role involves preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing reporting, budgeting, and supporting a small accounting team. You will ensure compliance with accounting standards while enhancing financial processes and operational efficiencies.Key Responsibilities:Oversee accounting operations across multiple business unitsPrepare and analyze monthly, quarterly,



and annual statementsManage financial reporting and compliance requirementsLead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisMentor and support an accounting team of 2-4 staffRequirements:CPA designation preferred or equivalent experienceExtensive full-cycle accounting experienceStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesExperience with multi-entity operations is a solid assetFocus on the strategic financial oversight and enhance the operational efficiency of a diversified organization.
