In this role, you will provide strategic and tactical support to help win new business across all services and sectors. You’ll participate in proposal management and strategy while co-authoring content for proposals, oral presentations, and other pursuit collateral. You will collaborate with Client Executives, client service professionals, designers, other Proposal Strategists across Canada, and an international team of Proposal Coordinators.Your Key ResponsibilitiesDrive the strategic communications process on large, complex and strategically significant proposalsResearch, write and edit standard and customized proposal contentContribute and/or facilitate meetings with bid response team membersCoach and develop collateral for oral presentationsFacilitate win strategy sessionsProject manage the process, including coordination of information from contributors and follow-up on action items to achieve a coordinated team effortMonitor the progress of all proposal activities for adherence to deadlines and quality standardsShare leading practices with proposal teamsReview final proposal collateral for quality,
