As a Silviculture Superintendent, you will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and monitoring of Conifex's full silviculture program. This is a leadership role suited to an experienced professional who can manage contractors, mentor a team of supervisors, and ensure secure, compliant, and cost-effective delivery of all reforestation and stand management activities. Working closely with our Planning and Harvesting teams, you will help ensure long‑term forest management objectives are met while upholding Conifex's commitment to safety, environmental stewardship, and sustainable forest management.QualificationsEducation: A University Degree or Technical Diploma in Forestry or Natural Resource Management (RPF or RFT designation preferred).Experience: At least 7 years of experience in forestry,
